Return/Exchange
We apologize that your item didn't work out.
Customers may request a refund, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition, unused/unworn and unwashed. Products showing any sign of wear, wash or odor will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and duty taxes.
We must receive and process your returned items before any refund or exchange is provided. It can take up to 10 days to fully process your return.

We do not require you to return faulty or incorrect products if you can provide us images via email.
